Are you Lucifer?

I have been watching the Lucifer Web/TV series since last month. Each character has diff diff characteristics and there is lots of learning from each one. I have only reached season 5 till the point of this post. Forgive me If I miss any of the main characters. Let’s discuss one by one and find which character fits you the most.

Disclaimer: This is just a post which discusses a series character, it does not have any intention to harm any one religious sentiments. Also these are just my observations which can be subjective.

Mazikeen

Mazikeennnnn, this is an interesting one. I see her as someone who has anger, always shows that she is enough and does not need any one help in his life. But from the inside she is alone. He just wants someone to care for her but doesn’t find anyone. The moment when she knows her mom is alive and was on earth but when she went to meet her. Her mother doesn’t even show the care she deserves. She is the demon at the end but a demon also wants someone as a friend. Anger is the main issue for her. And most of the time people have just used her for the benefit by using his anger.

Just want someone on your side to care for you but found None.

Dan Espinoza

Dan is one the most heartbreaking people in the whole series. Like how can he even suffer so much pain and still be there in a team where he has decker, lucifer. For Me it is a little bit overwhelming after seeing a man first be in love with someone, they have a cute child and then they have a divorce, then he loves another woman and she dies, he can’ even do anything to save her.

Dan is strong, of course he made mistakes. As a police officer he did some bad work. But I like how after so many heartbreaks he is still doing his work and trying to improve himself. He is not perfect but thing happened with him are also worst happen with someone 😓.

Do not follow the rule for own benefits
Always experience heartbreak when someone special comes into your life.

I literally melted down after seeing Dan after Charlotte death ☹️.

Amenadiel

Amenadiel, A brave son of god. who just wants to make his father proud. Just like most of us. Main story of Amenadiel wandered around Lucifer and Linda. A kind of person who wants everyone to be happy and always helps others whenever they need it.

As per series in the past he does have overconfidence on his power but as on earth his power goes and he lives with the humans he becomes more humble and helpful. He is a little selfish though. Like there was a time when he was about to take Linda and his child to heaven without worrying about Linda’s emotions. Also when Lucifer’s brother came back as Lucifer in one of the episodes he was more concerned about his child rather than Lucifer. Again, maybe he was thinking about world safety 🤔.

But one the thing I like most about him, he understood the people around him or at least tried. I always like how he understands other problems and tries to listen to them. Even he help them if they need any help.

Understand others problem and be with them even though they done something wrong

Little bit selfish but at the same time understand others feelings

Chloe Decker

Chloe Decker, a beautiful soul. A caring mother, a good friend and the quality are endless :). Again she does not get what she wants from life. One thing I like about her is that she chooses detective careers even though she has a great start in acting life.

She is strong, literally strong. The main thing every human runs for is to find the meaning of his/her human life. When you get to know that you are built for someone else, things become pointless as you know you don’t have your own life and things. It took some time for her to understand she was just made for Lucifer, but even after knowing this, the way Decker handles herself is really appreciable.

Decker is the kind of person who can’t leave someone she cares for so easily. She is still a good friend of Dean and Lucifer, even though she knows he is the devil. She is also just in the process of finding someone who will care for and understand her. She does not let anyone come into her life easily but when she likes someone then she gives her all focus and time to him. But at the time she just faced heartbreaks. One example is kane. He just used it for own benefit 🙂

Lucifer Morningstar

The main character here is Lucifer Morningstar, the Devil and King of Hell. This discussion will focus only on his character in this TV series. Lucifer is a self-centered person, always prioritizing himself until he meets Decker. He is charming, dazzling, and a playboy 😀.

Lucifer is living on Earth after leaving Hell, and he learns many things from humans. He makes friends, good friends, to be clear. No matter what type of relationships he has with his friends, at one point, he wants everyone to be by his side and happy.

Lucifer’s main struggle is with himself and his insecurities. Even though his primary problem is understanding himself, most of the time he blames others for his issues. He has many misunderstandings with his Father, who is God. Imagine having problems with God! Lucifer also has problems with his brothers and sisters, which at one point makes sense, as apart from Amenadiel, I don’t think anyone truly understands him.

But he is learning and loves Decker. Even though he hesitates to say it, in truth, he cares most about her and is always there for her. And I hope they both understand each other by the end of this show.

Final Takeaways ☝️

So, after knowing the 5 main characters from the show, let’s break down what matters in the end. Each one has their own problems and they are working on themselves, but in the end, everyone is friends and they always help each other whenever required. There are a couple of characters I do not discuss here, but they also provide the same value.
